This hotel deserves the maximum number of stars.
The location is fantastic, the view takes your breath away, and the food at the restaurant is simply outstanding. The in-room amenities make it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. But above all, I want to praise the people who work at the hotel. Everyone — from the gentleman who welcomes the guests, to the front desk team, and the staff at the rooftop bar — takes care of the guests in a truly exceptional way. The manager made sure I felt like a special guest on my birthday — a very thoughtful gesture that made the day truly memorable. We will definitely be coming back!

Exceptional
We absolutely loved this hotel. The position can't be beaten - make sure you ask for a room with a view of the cathedral, it's stunning! It's a lively city, so can be a little noisy till quite late, but we didn't mind - especially when the musicians in the square were so good! The facilities are excellent, the room was really comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. The hotel staff were without exception really friendly and helpful. The breakfast isn't cheap, but it's a real treat with a wide range of hot and cold items. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good.
